Unprofessional staff members

My niece decided to buy me a phone as we drove past sportscene Jubilee crossing. I choose Samsung A o5S that was even on special at 2799. It took us over 1 hour in the shop.the cameras can even show that.the phone was on display but different kind of phone were showed to us. We even had to go to another shop to scan the contract. We were even loosing patience of waiting for a phone. I choose the Vodacom AO5S that was on special. Being tired from waiting we took the phone that was given to us. When we got home. We were given an mtN phone which was R2699. That was not on special. The phone is not even 164G. I have to use Vodacom and Telkom now I have MTN phone.basically I have a useless phone because unprofessional staff. This phone is not what I requested and now I'm stuck with useless phone, which will be worst than what I have now.
