Unprofessional second grade comments

Since sportscene is where they young ones choose to shop I chose to open an account. I was asked to WhatsApp my documents for processing which I did. Got an sms to go to he store to fetch the card. The cashier informed me that they have problems with that part and I will need to bring in the documents. I informed her that I can email them to her and she was hesitant but agreed. Sent everything to her where she informed me that my my 3 month bank statement is 13 pages long and that's too long. Her words were what am I doing that my 3 month bank statement is that long. I saw she was young but I thought this was so unprofessional. I took myself and my 13 page bank statement and left.... never to return.
