Unprofessional

So I opened a store card back in 2020...couldn't pay back the account due to covid up until I got a stable job in 2022...whereby I settled my account in full...now the account is showing up on my credit report as unsettled debt where as I have a paid up letter thinking of even taking this to the Ombuds because wow...I don't get any sort of assistance telephonically or even in the stores that I got to...please urgently see to this
