UNPROFESSIONAL AND POOR SERVICE

I used e-gift card voucher to place the order online on the 28th June 2021 at sportscene it was canceled because the short payment of R29.00 that I had to make via eft and I didn't know that vouchers will be deactivated after 24 hours if payment is not finalizedby then so I called yesterday spoke to one of their team leaders and told them and said they'll send new gift card to activate my purchase and continue with it but they didn't get back to me even today they didn't call me back and today when I send them an email they didn't respond at all when I called them I spoke to another team leader who just said to me I have to speak to their manager then hung up the phone on me, when I called again they kept on transferring me from their rude one agent to another. Even now I'm still waiting for their response . SPORTSCENE I WANT MY R450.OO E-GIFT CARD!!!???????
