Unprofessional and ****y!

I went to the store Saturday Afternoon, looking to purchase three pairs of Addidas shoes, two for myself and another for my Fianc?? At first we were ignored after greeting the staff courteously. I did notice that the store was quite busy, some people paying for goods at the till and such. Once I had browsed the stock available, I enquired with an attendant for a different size, for fitting purposes. This Lady was exceptionally rude in her response, saying that I had better make up my mind for which shoe I wanted. Then she asked me if I could see that they are busy? She arrogantly added that If I wanted to speak to the manager, that She in fact is the Manager of the store, and there is no-one else who will help me. I can understand a retail store being overwhelmed at times, and at such times all staff members are running around trying to please their customers. <br> <br> I am the Manager at one of the biggest motorcycle accessory stores (Riders) in the Western Cape, and I know that this sort of behaviour is simply unacceptable from ANY staff member, especially the Manager. I will not return to this store simply because of how we were treated on Saturday. <br> <br> Kind Regards,<br> Mark.
