UNPROFESSIONAL AND BAD ATTITUDE
A lady has been calling me to speak to a Pillay which I am not and I have advised her of this on numerous occasions and she continued to question me. when I asked her how and why they are calling my number she keeps quite and before that has advises me whether I am her or not. This lady should not be calling clients as she does not have any clients service knowledge and has no right to speak the clients in this way especially when she calling the incorrect number.<br> she eventually cuts the call on me when I asked her to take my number out of their database.<br> <br> I require that lady's information and the call recording as when she started speaking she doesn't even introduce herself or the company. how unprofessional is this !!!<br> <br> The contact number that has come up on my phone is ***
