Unprofessional agents and bad attitude

I’m very furious at the fact that I’ve been getting phone calls from *** since yesterday for my sportscene account but my account is not yet in arrears their billing runs till the 12th l.my account is not supposed to be in collections I pod it in April and I did not pay the minimum amount sent I paid more than my installment, the person that called me refused to tell me their name and dropped the call on me after moaning when I asked her questions regarding my account your agents are very unprofessional she still continued to say I will receive a call from head office as if that’s supposed to scare me when I know I am not in the wrong since when do you call customers before cycle billing and give them attitude my account has never been in arrears I have every right to be furious and the person that called me was very unprofessional kept speaking over me the whole time which aggravated the situation and she ended saying eish and dropping the call on me while I was still speaking
