Unparalleled - Bad service

I am shocked and the numerous interactions I had with sportscene mall of the north. I am not sure if they understand the concept of customer service or maybe they are not trained well. Wait times for attendance, phone that is never answered, willy nilly promises dished out. It is very shocking how the store is operating so well through the window.
