Unpaid bets

I had took a bet on 07 Nov 2020 for a horseracing event that took place on 28 November 2020, and I have still not been paid for a winning bet. I have sent several msgs to them on email *** , I have no response. This is not the way to do business. How many other people are ******** out of their money - I was able to trace back the bet and determine it was not paid.
