Unhelpful and rude staff. Who don't know what their doing.

Good afternoon. I have been a loyal, contributing costumer of Foshini Group for more than 15 years. My account as always been up to date. Today I was embarrassed at the Sportscene Store with rude and unhelpful staff including a supervisor.
