Unhelpful and bad service

Ordered 1 item form the online store , got delivered the incorrect size , went to SS Boksburg, they don’t have stock , was told that festival mall has Stock and that they close at 4pm , I arrive at festival mall sportscene at 3:26pm and I’m not let in as they are closing …. So apparently closes at 4pm means we close when we feel like it
