Unhappy sportscene client

I am disappointed by how i have been treated by sportscene. I saw a sneaker i like online. The size was available, and so i ordered as per the ordering instructions. Then after bout a week, i am told the sneaker i ordered is out of stock and their will refund me back my money. As a client i need the sneakers i ordered or to be given another option with the same price advertised on prev sneaker. Cause for them to false advertise is unacceptable. I request a proper apology from the team. I need sneakers.
