Unhappy Customer on Christmas day

Dear Team

I went to your Sportscene N1 city store to purchase the Red Air force sneaker on 24.12.19 as a Christmas gift for someone but it seems that there was not a check done by the staff to see if it was the correct sizes I don't know where the fault occurred, however when the gift was opened there were no smiles but dissapointments because I was given one big(size 6 40) and one small shoe(size 6 37) and could not be worn as planned.

I am very unhappy about this and I would like this to be looked into, this is very bad sevice and I demand an apology.
