Unhappy customer

I have never been humiliated like this by staff member in sportscine Heidelberg Mall. I came in the shop 17:47 to buy a school bag for my son only to find that I left my card in the car, I than tell the till lady that someone is coming with it from the car they should be here in 5 min max and the answer she gave shocked me. She said the store is closed we won't be able to help you. I looked at the time now its 17:51 and she looks away. What a way to treat a client yet the sticker outside says they close at 18:00 during the week. Seeing that now I'm no longer getting serviced I took my bag and headed straight to the door and the gentle man politely asked what I wanted and the same casher shouted in response on my behalf so I than said cool brother its fine I'll go and left. I am so disappointed really how can we have such rude people in these days serving customers such people should be somewhere in the back not inter acting with clients.
