Unhappy Customer

<p>I purchased a cellphone for work purposes a few days ago at sportscene in the Weskus mall Vredenburg. It is not suitable for my needs and I need a better model. I returned to the store and asked for a refund so that I could purchase a different phone. I was told I cannot do this, even though it has just been under 7days since the initial purchase. This is unacceptable and surely we the consumer has a right to return a product if it is unsuitable. </p>
