Unhappy Customer

At Sportscene Attlyn Atteridgeville, Pretoria there's a guy called Long he refused to change my son's backpack because he's bringing it back for the second time ,he didn't even want to know about warranty of the bag ,so I'm not happy about Sportscene and I buy my son clothes there. Please help me as schools are reopening soon
