Unhappy custome

I called sportcene in July for a sneaker they were selling it was sold out buy was advised from one of the floorwalkers that they will get it on again the Monday, he than advise to call and ask for the sneaker to be put aside i than call in again but it was sold out again. I was advised that i can do a IBT which i need to pay and have the sneaker shipped from another store and i will receive it within 2-3 days. I went and done a IBT to have the sneaker shipped but not knowing incorrect information was given. I called to ask when am i going to receive the sneaker its been 5 days. I was told it take 2-3weeks i provide them with my information and inform them this is what i was advised and i paid for an IBT the said they are aware of it. I called again 2 days before it hits 3weeks the IBT was never done or put through but i got the slip of payment that was done for the IBT to be done they dont know what happened but will redo it i said im not going to waiting another 3 weeks i said im buying this as a birthday gift which passed already im still waiting on them to get back to me. IM VERY UNHAPPY ive been with sportcene for quite some time now and this is how i get treated i said i want the sneaker by this weekend of not i will close my account and this is the worse company by far to low to customers and how they dealing with us o want this sorted put ASAP.
