Unhappy

I ordered rig online. Firstly i could not apply my voucher because it kept giving me an error. I further emailed them but emails are not being responded. Also ive been trying to call sportscene (mall of the north) for over 3days today but there is no answer it only rings. My concern is that deliveries take 3-5days and today marks the 6 day and nothing. My worry is also that ill be leaving tomorrow going to another province. So ill be unavailable
