Unfair treatment & system issue's that should not even effect me in anyway

Laying a complain against sportscene... I buy a sneaker online on the 21/11/2019 and was only told on the 05/12/2019 that the order was cancelled because their system failed to update in time and my money would be reversed after receiving an email on the 27/11/2019 saying my order will be delivered early in the next week from receiving the email,not only did I not receive my order but I had to send an email to check the status on my order because there was no communication. After sending an email on the 05/12/2019 asking if I will receiving my parcel and than only they decided to tell me that it was cancelled with no apology even after no communication was sent.
