Unfair treatment by staff at Sportscene Gateway

So disappointed in the staff from Gateway. Came to the store looking for the Samba. I had done my homework prior to arrival and knew that they didn’t have my size in store and wanted to proceed with doing an IBT. Not only was I passed from one employee to the other to assist, but I was then left hanging at the end with no one letting me know the outcome. We had enough time to do the IBT when I got to the store but because I was sent from pillar to post, that time lapsed. Disgusted by their customer care skills, or their lack thereof. I wonder if I was going to be treated the same way if I had a different skin tone.
