Unacceptable Service!!!!!!!

Hi, I am not one to usually complain. I have worked in a retail environment before and know how draining it is. The service at Sportscene Canal Walk is unacceptable, there are no staff on the floor that asks if you need assistance, you have to walk after them in order for them to assist you. This is the second time i walked out of Sportscene Canal walk empty handed because of no service. There were other people complaining as well, please do something about this TFG.
