Unacceptable Behavior

<p>To whom it may concern</p> <p> </p> <p>On Monday I was at your Bayside branch in Tableview, but never in my life have I ever been subjected to such aggressive behaviour from a staff members father verbally attacking the branch manager, why are your staff allowed to bring their parents to your business to confront managers and this in full view of customers, im not too sure what happened between the staff member and the manager but having him exposed to a verbal attack like this is totally unacceptable, I do however take my hat off for this manager, as he kept calm and ensured that all customers in store was ok, some of the customers left the store as it just got too much. After threats made by this individual security had to be called to have this man removed.</p> <p> </p>
