Unable to assist

I was at gateway on 23/05 at 7pm and wished to make a purchase at another foshini group store but didn't have my card with me. I was told to go to sportscene and get another card because they could not use my drivers licence to make the purchase as I had done other occasions. I went into the store asking for help but was told that customer care closed at 5 and they could not help me. The store closes at 9am and the attitude from the staff was terrible and was told there is just nothing they can do. SURELY something can be done if the store is opened till 9 pm. It is ridiculous that I could not make any purchases at any foshini group store. More disturbing is the attitude of all the staff who just walk away and pass responsibly from one person to another. That's not the way the service industry works.
