TRIBALISM BY CASHIER

On Saturday 24th September I went to buy from Sportscene, Foresthill City Mall, Centurion. As I was paying, I made a little conversation and when she picked up I am a Xhosa she told me that "You Xhosa people are drunkards and you like alcohol". I told her that I took her words as tribalism and I am offended by that but she still took it lightly. I then lost it my temper and started raising my voice so she can take me seriously. I asked her name so I can complain to the supervisor but she refused to show me her name tag. I took it up with the supervisor, who also didn't take my complaint seriously and refused to give me her name.
