Complaint:

I recently lost an amount of R1000 inside a Sportscene store. When I approached the staff for assistance, I was told that the store does not have CCTV cameras. I find this deeply concerning, as CCTV is standard in most retail environments for both security and customer safety. The lack of assistance and accountability is disappointing. I trusted the store environment, and now I feel helpless with no way to trace what happened. I expected a higher level of professionalism from a well-established brand.
