I ordered two items from Sport Scene online I n December 2019 and they had to be returned to the warehouse since I was late in collecting them . And they processed a refund to my account for one item and told me the other one will be done soon. I have since been waiting for the refund and I spoke to a consultant called Wesley who also confirmed it was processed on the 3rd of January but nothing has been done. I just want my money back.
