They ripping me off

Hi.

I would like to lay a complaint as your service is very poor and I feel that you are ripping me off..i have attchaed a screen shot as to your billing that you are charging me for you call fees and your sms and also how you are adding more money to my bill by rendering unnecessary calls. I would like all the R20s that you billing me per day for a call where by I need to repeat myself over and over.

I am unemployed and I make arrangements with you everyday of my life because you keep on calling me. It's stated that I made a arrangement. I do not have any means of income and I make means every month to pay my account on the 10th or before but yet the money which I was told would be the minimum amount that I can pay will be enough I have just come across that u billing me more then I was told I could pay every month why bill me R100 or calls and calls where I have to repeat what I said to the agent the day before. You are roping me off and I'm going to expose you on social media as a company that rips off people.

Your service is very poor and I will take it further then this as I'm not getting any response or help from you at all.

One of you agents at the arrangement side told me that you are only aloud to call me once a month not each and everyday your system and service are very poor and I will be visiting your head office soon. They bill me R20 for each call and they call me everyday for the month it should only be once and yet I'm paying R100 for call fees alone.. I treat R150 and I was advised that lowest payment should be nothing les then R220 and I'm paying R250. Such *******s I don't understand why I need to repeat to at least 5 agents my story when they have a system that should be showing the call logs. They ripping me off with calls and now they even charging me for sms and letters send wow. I get charged R200 for there agents alling me day after day.. Too bad I can't upload the screen shot.
