the worst shop ever

<p>hi i wrote a report more then a week ago and just a day after i post it on hello petter i was contaced by ariel manager and store manager tell me they will have a answer for me by last monay and it is more then a week and they still did not come back to me if anyone can help me with this please let me know i never had a problem like this with edgars how can it take so long to fix one phone or just replace it the phone is insured i relly dont know what to say anymore</p>
