The worst service ever from Sportscene

I bought a phone ( a black samsung A12) on the 11th of March2022 by the 25th of April it was blocked, It had a "A phone locked, can't used without authorization" message on the screen. I took it back to the store ( Matatiele sportscene) on the 6th of May till this day I have been sent from pillar to post regarding my phone and no one is willing to help me at the store. I was told to wait for 2 months, it has been over 2 months now . I still haven't gotten my phone. I have received the worst service from sportscene , Matatiele.
