The Sales Assistant raised a Hand on me

i went to Sport Scene to activate my account, they called me over the phone for this account and it was approved<br> i went to sportscene to activate this account and apparently i was forced to buy something to activate this account of which it didn't make sense to me, why should i buy something i don't rally need and i asked them if i can return what i am going to buy and they said NO i cant return things that i buy on account ( false information) I asked if i can activate the account somewhere else as i wanted to buy something from Foschini and they said Yes only to go there and find out that it cannot be done so i had to go back to Sportscene and i asked this lady why she gave me false information and she told me \ i was giving her attitude"she literally raised her hand on me and was stopped by a fellow colleague \"" this is on camera 11/04 around about 15:00\"" the manager was there and did nothing about this matter and only came on the scene when she nearly hit me and didn't resolve the issue but just told me to shut up"
