The manager that they refer to as Tgom(Tshego) was condescending, smirking and laughed in my face when I wanted to inquire about my TFG store card and the vouchers linked to it

The manager that they refer to as Tgom(Tshego) was condescending, smirking and laughed in my face when I wanted to inquire about my TFG store card and the vouchers linked to it. When I asked her not to be rude to me she walked away hurling insults at me. I was with my young daughter and partner. What a horrible experience.
