the jordan tech grey sold before release time

The Nike air Jordan 4 tech Grey was to be released at 9 today. I got to sportscene at 08:45. When I got there I was told my size had been sold and that their store opening at 08:30. Their website advertised the shoe was supposed to be sold at 9. Needless to say I haven't found my size anywhere as it was all sold out. How can they advertise and not stick to the release time. I am extremely dissapointed in this service from sportscene.
