TGIF online shopping is the worst!!

iv had bad a few bad experiences with their online shopping..on two recent occasions i bought shoes online, order accepted and money taken from my account, a few days later my order is cancelled and money returned into my account with no communication and valid reasons and no one has answers to it..my recent orders is p*** .. i do online shopping everyday this is the worst and bad experience i have ever came across..
