TGF Products (Magazine)

I don’t understand how is it that TFG can call their clients sell them products (Magazine) over the phone but when one tries to cancel the product we have to go through a lengthy process of going to the store to fill in multiple applications, there after nothing happens. Six months down the line I’m still paying the same magazine I cancelled. What’s difficult for TFG to cancel the product the very same way they made you take it? This is just a strategy to get clients not to cancel their nonsense products.
