Tgf is robbing

Am paying my fathers account via eft 1st instalment was R225 balance was R2100 i paid R225 balance doesn’t go down second month i went to jet i paid R225 still balance doesn’t go down now they increased limit its extra R2100 still balance doesnt go down please mke me understand and also i asked the date to be 7th but they still call on the 1st for payment and charge for that
