TFG(Sportscene) STINKING CUSTOMER SERVICES ATTITUDE!!

To hell with tfg's stinking attitude and poor customer services. I have been asking them since from the past grey hair years/donkey years to cancel the damn SClub on my account, went into Sportscene outlets, e-mailed them, call them and all other communications you can think of but still today no move was made, the last time I spoke to them I was in their outlet, either East Rand Mall, Mall of Africa or Mall of Thembisa and they said they gonna cancel that sh*t and reimburse my money back into the account but dololo, they still chose to sleep at work!!
