TFG/Sportscene is not a reputable company

What a shocking experience with a well known company like Sportscene. The whole Truworths Foschini group have no idea what how to run a respectable business, I will never support any of them again and will make sure people are aware of the inconveniences they cause and how **** their customer service is. After sales service is the most important, their aftersales service does not exist. Their system is very in accurate so they advertise stock that they don't have. DON'T PURCHASE ONLINE FROM THEM. You'll order under false pretense that they have stock and they'll make you wait and wait, followed up after a week they said the shoes are in stock in Sandton and they're "processing" the order to have it sent to the warehouse. Some time later they tell you they are cancelling the order because they don't have stock. So I couldn't give my girlfriend a present for Christmas, also because the refund process takes 14 days. So they are quick to take your money and sell under false pretense but they can't even arrange refunds in a timeous manner to make up for THEIR mistake. Because they couldn't give a f*ck about their customers. Telling me my bank takes 14 days to reflect payment, that's bull****. What a shocking company. Should've bought from Superbalist as they actually advertise stock they have. And when they've made mistakes they actually care about fixing the problem and not just making it the customers problem. Sick and tired of companies like TFG that are only in business for the money and not for customer satisfaction and following the consumer protection act to offer respectable business. Will be spreading this everywhere on social media.
