TFG stores a rip-off, worst ever!

TFG groug and Jet stores are the worst retail stores ever! I have had this account for only a year but experienced worst lifetime *******. They added loads of magazines on my account without my consent of which I continuously paid the account without getting any value from it. It was when I wanted to do an exchange in Jet Rustenburg for clothes bought in Krugersdop that everything can to light. I experienced challenges as I did not have a slip, which I never thought it should be a problem as I am an account holder. Crazy to hear from the rude cashiers that it's better if it was cash! So what is the benefits for account holders?? I had to pay money for them to do the refund on the second day, which again did not happen promptly. I decided to check the statement as they said there is a reversal, only to find thats not the case. There is charges that I do not have and idea of. Magazines that I have been paying for, which I don't know of. There is charges for calls that I do not know of. IS THIS YOUR MONEY MAKING SCHEME? IS THIS HOW YOU TREAT YOUR CARD HOLDERS?
