TFG sportscene account application taking so long for approval

I app**** for a sportscene account and received an SMS saying provisionally approved. I sent in bank statements but up to today no word. The number to contact them cannot get thru as it doesnt give the optional and emails dont help since they reply telling you that you will be contacted. I thought if an application is provisionally approved it wont take long for final approval. Is there staff at customer care or new accounts department? Doesnt look like or is it just laziness.
