Tfg refusing to open new account

I am very disappointed with Tfg, I used to gace an account with them almost over 2 decades. I was under debt review and got out. All my debts were cleared and none was existing in all 4 SA credit bureaux. I tried to re open an account with them and got declined numerous times.

I called their customer service and was advise there's an outstanding balance of R630 that's is reflecting under my name and that debts was sold to Real people. They then gave their contact which I called. On the site they advised me I don't exist after I gace them my ID number to check.

I call tfg again and was taken to pillar to post without any assistance. If debt was sold why is it still reflecting on your side but not existing to organisation that was sold to. And why can't I able to re open another account. If o have to pay it in order to have my account re opened I will do that. I however believer that debt is prescribed
