TFG process of repairs is appauling!!

My phone stopped working out of the blue, and it has not even been a year since I purchased it. Then I took it to Sportscene Eastgate(where I bought it) to see if they can repair it and if so at what cost. It has been over a month and I have not even received a quotation all I'm getting a stories with really nothing to go by. The guy who has been assisting me, tried his best but at no result, he also cannot give me information about the process. I want my phone back because clearly TFG takes the whole year to check one phone let alone fix it. They very inconsiderate, if your phone needs repairs TAKE IT SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!
