TFG ONLINE SHOPPING IS PATHETIC

I made a purchase online on the 6thNov....of which was said delivery will take 3-5days....till today i cant track my parcel, made enquries on TFG site also sent emails. It seems no one is intrested on my enquiry.i think ive been ****med by TFG..AND WILL NOT ADVISE ANYONE TO USE TFG ONLINE SHOPPING..THE SERVICE IS PATHETIC..
