TFG NOT ACCEPTING TEMPORARY ID FOR CARD REPLACEMENT

I lost my wallet which had my TFG Sportscene account, credit cards, bank cards as well as my smart card ID amongst at her things, so on Monday I rushed to home affairs to apply for a new as well a temporary ID so I can fix all my cards issues. I was able to fix all of the except the TFG one, I was so dissapointed when I was told I’m gonna have to wait for my ID from the home affairs as they do not accept Temporary ID, which for me is a problem given the backlog that these government institutions have since it is lockdown.

I honestly do not understand how all the major institutions have faith in the document from the home affairs yet TFG does not accept it, in short I am really appalled by your service as TFG!
