TFG insurance company

I bought a phone cash December 6th 2022. I took out insurance on the very same day. I was told that they will debit me on the 29th of that same month. The debit date came and left no money was deducted on my account. I then went to the store to find out what had happened, I was told that they would debit me in January 29th 2023. The same thing happened on the 29th. It is now 8th March 2023 still no deductions. I've called their Head Office, went to Sportscene Golden Acre where I bought the phone. The manager has tried to contact them with no luck. Absolutely pathetic service from their customer care service. I would not advice anyone to purchase any device or take out insurance from them.
