TFG group-******* *****ing from the people

Hi; on the 2 April I made a payment at the ATM outside FNB to pay my monthly installment during this lockdown to TFG. This comes after they sent me an SMS with reference number saying I can pay since they not open at the stores.They didn't specify that I must keep the slip as proof of payment. I lost the slip only 10 days later for them to send another sms saying I must send proof of payment. I explained the situation to them and they referred me to the FNB branch. Branch told me the only people who can track is TFG on their "suspension" system. But TFG is refusing saying they can't check. How does one deposit money into the account and not able to see where it's coming from? As I put there my personal details . What's the point of putting my name if they can't see it's me? My account is now in arrears.Surely there is a system in place for these kind of situations. So that's how I lost my money.
