Sportscene Cresta mall has terrible service and untrained staff. Stepped into a security tag pin instore which went through my boot and into my foot. The staff did not care that they were negligent in leaving those laying around, and neither the staff nor the manager offered any apology or assistance, I had to remove the pin from my foot while standing and holding my baby. The manager was rude, when I asked him for his name and Surname, he handed me a piece of paper with just his name Josh written on it and said my Surname is irrelevant. For a store that sells footwear and people take their shoes off all the time they need to be more careful as those tags are big, with thick pins. Someone else with a thinner shoe on or a child would have been seriously injured by that. To expect an apology or a chair while pulling that out of my foot would have been fine. Instead of the rude manager and staff. Terrible training by the tfg group. And after being told by customer service Someone would contact me, no one has.
