TFG doesn't care about it's customers

I recently purchased a Nike Dunk online which I paid for and received confirnmation. Today I received an email informing that they couldn;t source the shoe due to high demand.

If they don't have an item in stock why did they put it online? This is the second time this happens which means that TFG doesn't care about their customers
