Terribly Appalling, irresponsible, unreliable and definitely unprofessional service from TGF Sportscene Online

TGF Online has done it again, I once bought a number of items online, and I was told they were out of stock yet the purchase and payment went through. The refund took me calling and fighting with the agents.

Today 2nd Dec 2019 I get a similar response to items I bought on BLACK FRIDAY, they now apparently out of stock. How do you keep the damn items as available online yet it is out of stock, even today on CYBER MONDAY (2 Dec 2019) all the items that are apparently out of stock are still on sale.

I find your service Terribly appalling, irresponsible, unreliable and definitely unprofessional for such a big establishment. I will not use nor buy any item going forward. I WANT MY MONEY REFUNDED. THIS IS THE EXACT REASON WHY I CLOSED MY ACCOUNT WITH YOU.
