Terrible work sportscene

If i could give no stars i would, my first and last time ever shopping online with sportscene! Ive ordered a shoe on the 23rd july 2020 and after i paid i got a confirmation email stating that they have recieved my payment. I recieved an email today (27 july 2020) stating that they couldn't find the product i ordered due to it being in high demand. They said as well that the money will automatically be sent back and im still waiting. Please fix. Thanks.
