Terrible service from sportscene Tsakane mall

I am extremely disappointed and upset at the Tsakane mall branch . I was assisted by a consultant who seemed very eager to assist me with tho opening of my new sportscene account , the day of opening I was told that I need to purchase for the full amount of credit that was taken and as a new and young career opportunist I needed to build up my credit and being desperate I went and purchased from the same store and same consultant . Later on I found out at another store that it was not necessary and called the store manager who tried his best to assist me in doing exchanges . I recently visited another store as I do not receive any statements to check up on my account only to find out that for 2 years I am paying almost R500 for magazine subscriptions and insurance that I never ever knew I had I was not told about it I was just told to sign for the credit I needed and Finish that credit in the store . I cannot help but feel that the consultant took advantage because I am young and was desperate at the time , I also highly think it could be with the colour of my skin . I am extremely disappointed , hurt and angry and the consultant needs to be checked because this could be regarded as *******
